Can I say "worst pizza ever".... only IN OPPOSITE-LAND!!! Wow if I had a choice of a last meal, this might be it! *Asian chicken deep dish, with garlic Parmesan, extra Asian sauce.
Their calzones are to DIE for. Both the steak, shroom and cheese AND Italian. The steak is real steak and piled high. Comes with delicious sub sauce. The Italian has pepperoni, ham and something else I couldn't identify. Either way it is superbly most excellent. Around $13 delivered, not including tip. You will think you have died and gone to heaven. Lettuce and tomato on the side if requested...
This is one of our go to pizza spots in WB. Excellent service! We had an order mix up and the customer service was beyond great! The dough is made fresh daily (new fact) and orders are always quick!
This has recently become our favorable don't-feel-like-cooking neighborhood pizza spot. I don't know if they've gotten better, or if the pandemic has changed our tastes, but we are now very fond of their traditional pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Excellent crust, a little on the thick side, and good toppings.
I really wanted pizza and I was trying to think of which places were nearby. I'd tried a couple local places and wasn't impressed, for one reason or another. Since Hungry Howie's is not visible from a main road, I didn't realize it was so close to me. (It is on the back side of a small plaza at Maple and Farmington Roads.) But, as I was looking online, I saw that they had the 2 for $5.99 deal, so I figured I'd try that. I got a medium pizza with pepperoni and the chicken Asiago salad. The pizza was really good. Just a nice, fresh, basic, good pizza, with flavored crust. But I was mostly impressed with the salad. It was as good as any (former) sit-down restaurant's salad, with plenty of all the ingredients. Unlike with other pizza place salads, this one can stand on its own. I will definitely remember that Hungry Howie's is here.
Love this location....Staff is always nice . Orders are always perfect . The pizza is delicious. They always deliver on time and the drivers are always nice . Great location! Idk what else to say . Yelp is telling me my review has to be longer .. ummmm I love hungry howies butter crust .
